  • Consultant / Analyst

    As a Consultant / Analyst, you will play a key role in supporting our clients by providing in-depth analysis, strategic recommendations, and operational support. You will work closely with various departments to ensure the successful implementation of projects and initiatives. This position can be on-site at our office in Dalton, Georgia, or remote anywhere in the United States. Minimal travel (once per quarter) may be required.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Conduct comprehensive data analysis to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for improvement.

    • Develop and present strategic recommendations to clients and internal stakeholders.

    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement and monitor project plans.

    • Provide operational support and guidance to ensure the successful execution of initiatives.

    • Prepare detailed reports and presentations for clients and management.

    • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to provide innovative solutions.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, or a related field or equivalent experience preferred

    • Experience in consulting, data analysis, or a similar role in the managed care / health plan environment

    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

    • Excellent communication and presentation skills.

    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

    • Proficiency in data analysis tools and software.
