Pricing is simple
DIY Model:
If your team is proficient with T-SQL, you can license the SQL code for $15,000 per year, per HIOS ID and submit the files to the EDGE server yourself. We also provide optional transition support to help you move from an on-premise EDGE server to AWS for a one-time fee of $25,000.
Full-Service Model
If you’d rather have our experts handle the day-to-day operations, we offer a full-service model at $50,000 per year (plus pass-through AWS costs) for plans with up to 50,000 members. In this approach, you send us claims, enrollment, pharmacy, and supplemental extracts on a monthly basis and we handle the submissions and server maintenance. During the April deadline, we support weekly submissions and will do a final submission on the deadline day if requested. There is also a one-time implementation fee for this approach starting at $25,000.
